LAURA SEMPLE - FOUNDER
She/They

Laura Semple is an emerging force in artist management, dedicated to championing boundary-pushing talent through her agency, Hunger Digital. With a hands-on, artist-first approach, Laura specialises in guiding artists who might otherwise be overlooked—those with bold, genre-defying sounds and stories that challenge the status quo.

Laura currently manages four diverse artists: Dirty Versachi, GUARD, Lara Villani, and Kit Genesis. Each artist brings a unique perspective and sound, reflecting Laura’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Laura is also a recipient of the 2025 AAM Co-pilot program.

JAIYA ARYAL - BOOKING AGENT & EVENT PRODUCER
They/Them

Committed to supporting and spotlighting genre-bending talent, Jaiya started out jumping in on mates’ creative projects just for fun, but soon realised their event production skills was something the industry seriously needed. After smashing out their Dip. Entertainment Management at Collarts in 2023, they joined Hunger Digital as a bookings intern, quickly levelled up to Bookings & Marketing Assistant, and now they lead our Bookings & Event Production.
Jaiya makes sure our artists have the best opportunity to land support gigs, festivals, tours and special performances. From intimate gigs to packed-out festival stages, they’re all about finding the right opportunities.

Just recently, they produced a series of interactive, immersive events for HD artists Dyan Tai and Plastiq. These productions aren’t intended for audiences to just watch and observe, it’s an opportunity for them to get swept up in the whole collective experience and engage with the music on a whole other level. Jaiya’s all about creating those “you had to be there” moments.

As a social and outgoing person, Jaiya believes that the true magic of the entertainment industry lies in the relationships you build and is dedicated to fostering connections that resonate beyond the stage and into the wider community. By strengthening these relationships, artists can focus on their art knowing they’ll always have someone to reach out to for encouragement, support and guidance.
