Publicity Campaign: DeepFaith - Y&I Breakbot Dreamix

DeepFaith’s single ‘Y&I’ is reimagined with Breakbot’s Dreamix. This collaboration brings together DeepFaith’s emotionally charged songwriting with the classic French house elegance of Breakbot (Ed Banger Records). The original song released at the end of 2025 showcased the creative partnership of acclaimed artist Byron Spencer and Danial Stricker (Midnight Juggernauts) through their project DeepFaith. From recent parties in Berlin, Paris and Australia to reimaginings with global techno powerhouse Nina Kraviz, Y&I highlights DeepFaith’s pop-op-erratic vision with a new twist each time.

Breakbot’s version envelops the original’s intimate vocals and evocative baroque chords in a sun-drenched, cinematic French touch, inviting listeners into a space that feels equally at home on a rooftop at sunset or drifting through a Paris nightclub. “Reworking this beautiful and powerful song was a real treat,” shares Breakbot. “The original chords and vocals are just too good. Thanks, Dan for having faith.”

The original ‘Y&I’ drew strong early support, with the video clip premiering on Rolling Stone, Ben Lee naming it Pick of the Week, as well as international radio rotation, including a First Play on Australian station triple j. Acclaimed Italian publication METAL Magazine stated about the band that, “reinvention isn’t just part of their process, it’s the point. Their world thrives on contrasts: cinematic but chaotic, maximalist yet intimate.”
